Look at the camera on your smartphone - it's tiny! That small size allows you to get shots that are almost impossible with larger cameras.
Getting down low can produce some really creative photos - e.g. a small puddle can be used to get amazing reflections.
Similarly, when photographing pets, try getting down to their level. Your images will be much more engaging.
